I hate cilantro. I am not entirely convinced that I have the gene that makes it taste like soap - we just don't get along. However while I was pregnant it didn't bother me - and let me tell you, these tacos were high on my favorite foods list.

A little bit before Christmas I got a chance to hang out with Jen and her precious son. They are a sweet family (about to get even sweeter) - I look forward to doing it again.
